- Financially qualified (minimum $500,000 investment capability with a minimum of $150,000 liquid assets per location).
- Minimum commitment of three (3) locations in new target markets; Single locations in fill-in markets (with 3+ locations)
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct management experience (GM and above) with P&L responsibility of restaurant or hospitality business.
- For Multi-Unit Commitment: Minimum of two (2) years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management experience with P&L responsibility
- For Multi-Unit Commitment: Must have experience building/developing new locations
- Must have a “relationship” personality
- Must have a “sales/marketing” personality
- Demonstrated ability to operate a business successfully (other business, business career, systems implementation).
- Experience managing and developing hourly wage team members successfully
