  • Financially qualified (minimum $500,000 investment capability with a minimum of $150,000 liquid assets per location).
  • Minimum commitment of three (3) locations in new target markets; Single locations in fill-in markets (with 3+ locations)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of direct management experience (GM and above) with P&L responsibility of restaurant or hospitality business.
  • For Multi-Unit Commitment: Minimum of two (2) years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management experience with P&L responsibility
  • For Multi-Unit Commitment: Must have experience building/developing new locations
  • Must have a “relationship” personality
  • Must have a “sales/marketing” personality
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a business successfully (other business, business career, systems implementation).
  • Experience managing and developing hourly wage team members successfully
